  • Adriana – Board of Directors

    As a founding member of Joe’s Fest, one of Adriana’s proudest achievements is enhancing the community and local economy through the Festival. She’s been climbing since 2009 and worked in the outdoor industry for many years before focusing her work on Joe’s Valley Coalition and the new kid summer camps.

  • Vikki – Board of Directors

    Fellow Fest co-founder Vikki is a professional photographer and has been a team member for multiple climbing nonprofits through the years. She has over a decade of nonprofit experience and continues to use her knowledge to help the Fest grow.

  • Danny – Board of Directors

    Castle Dale Mayor Danny never thought he’d be on a climbing nonprofit board, but he couldn’t be prouder of what the Fest has accomplished! He likes how the event celebrates his local community and attracts more folks to the area to recreate.

  • Julie – Executive Director

    Fearless leader Julie has been climbing in Joe’s since 2006. She quit her corporate job in 2020, moved to Castle Dale, and hasn’t looked back since. After 25 years in high tech, she was excited to dive into nonprofit & stewardship work. Each year, Julie loves seeing the team’s hard work come to fruition during the best weekend of the year!

  • Kaylee – Executive Assistant

    Kaylee is a true Joe’s Valley local who grew up in Castle Dale. She successfully merges and communicates between climber and locals and is happy to see her work bring a whole new dynamic to her hometown.

  • Nancy – Sponsorship Director

    Nancy has supported the Fest team as both volunteer and sponsorship director. She enjoys the rodeo and chicken chasing games, but more importantly the Fest’s mission and ability to foster a unique community.

  • Elaine – Marketing Coordinator

    Elaine loves all things media and climbing and combining these interests for Joe’s Fest. From rodeo games to eating chili dogs with locals, she has always appreciated the distinct spirit of the Festival.

  • Christina – Athlete Coordinator

    Christina has been climbing since the 1990s and Joe’s remains one of her favorite spots to boulder. She likes how the Fest gives her an opportunity to work with friends and bring the community together.

  • John Alex – Volunteer Coordinator

    Between running trade fair booths to volunteering, John Alex has been involved in Joe’s Fest for several years. His highlight is watching the rodeo games and seeing the locals and climbers join forces for a one-of-a-kind weekend.
